Yoga with Grace

About Grace

Coming from a family of philosophers, Grace feigned disinterest in human nature and instead spent as much time as possible finding unique interests to occupy her, initially stumbling upon yoga more than 10 years ago. Over the years she’s collected a vast array of experiences and somewhere along the way encountered the dark corners of the mind. Following an accident in 2016, Grace was reminded that every day is a gift and was introduced to the Yoga Sutras and Brene Brown, among others. She returned to yoga in search of a dual therapy for the mind and body. Grace shares her focus and precision with her students, presenting them with meticulous movements and deep focus interspersed with explorations of one’s strength. Grace teaches to help others develop the toolset to be comfortable with sitting in stillness and in allowing themselves the compassion to accept whatever comes.
